QA Health Check: know your test maturity in two weeks

A TMMi-based assessment of how your team really tests, with a maturity report and a 90-day roadmap to the next level.

Who it's for

Sound familiar?

  • You release often, but defects still reach production
  • Each team tests differently and nobody owns the process
  • You are preparing for a formal TMMi assessment or an audit
  • A new QA lead needs a clear picture before changing anything

What you get

Deliverables, not hours.

Sample page from a Levelwise maturity report: an indicative level of 2 with a target of 3, and a table of TMMi process areas with current level, target and finding.
Illustrative sample. Your report is built from your own evidence.
  • A TMMi-based assessment: interviews, document review and a sample of real test work
  • A maturity report with your indicative level per process area, and the strengths, gaps and risks behind it
  • A prioritized roadmap to the next level, with quick wins for the first 90 days
  • A walkthrough of the findings with your team and leadership
  • A readiness check if you plan a formal TMMi assessment

How it works

Two weeks, four steps

  1. Days 1–2

    Kick-off and interviews

We agree the scope and talk to testers, developers, leads and product owners.

  2. Days 3–5

    Evidence review

We read your test documents and sample real work: plans, test cases, defects and release records.

  3. Days 6–8

    Scoring

Each TMMi process area is scored, with the strengths, gaps and risks behind every score.

  4. Days 9–10

    Report and roadmap

You get the maturity report and a 90-day plan, and we walk your team through both.

Questions

Good to know

Is this a TMMi certification?

No. A certified TMMi level can only come from a formal assessment by a TMMi Foundation-accredited lead assessor. The Health Check gives you an indicative, TMMi-based view and tells you how ready you are for a formal assessment.

How much of our team's time does it need?

A few one-hour interviews spread over the first days, plus read access to your test documents and tools. We fit around your sprint.

Can it be done remotely?

Yes. Interviews run over video calls and evidence is shared through your own tools.

What happens after the report?

You can run the roadmap yourselves, or we can help through QA process setup or QA process improvement.
