Who we are

This website, levelwiseqa.com, is run by Levelwise ("we", "us"). We provide software testing and QA consulting services. For any privacy question, email info@levelwiseqa.com.

What we collect

When you contact us

If you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you send: your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used to run and secure the site.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country or city), device and browser. We do not use analytics for advertising, and we do not try to identify you.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote
To provide our services if you become a client
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (only with your consent)
To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Legal bases

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR or Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law apply, we rely on: your consent (for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (replying to your enquiry); and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use as little as possible:

Your cookie choice. We store whether you accepted or declined analytics in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again.
Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*), only if you click "Accept analytics". They expire after up to 2 years.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or clear cookies in your browser. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font provider receives your data.

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they process data on our behalf:

Netlify, for website hosting and for receiving contact form messages
Hostinger, for our domain name and email
Google, for Google Analytics (only with your consent)

We may also disclose information if required by law. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterward unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@levelwiseqa.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
